Mcdonald's

Ate inside for dinner. Only my party of three and another party oy three inside. Literally every table inside had trash left on it. Received our order. Missing one big Mac,. went to counter and told them. Went back to eat and quarter pounder bun was as hard as a rock. Went back to counter to have it remade. Sat back down. When the burgers were ready, did they bring them to our table and apologize? No. Just stood at the counter and waved the bag at me so I had to get up and retrieve it. Sad situation. Ray Kroc must be spinnin'. Edit: My son advised me that his chicken nuggets were undercooked also.

I am not the type of person to do this, but this is absolutely unacceptable. My husband just got home from getting food and when he took the fries out there was a hair in the middle of the fries. First of all that is not hygienic and second of all that is absolutely disgusting. We both lost our appetite therefore wasted money as well. Absolutely unacceptable. I tried calling to speak to a manager and they don’t even answer the phone. It rings and rings and nothing. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would!

Burnt and nasty apple pies. It’s like the workers don’t care I order a few things and I forgot 2 apple pies at the register, she told me to go back around to order that again. I said no, I’m here just add it to my order. This is what I get burnt and old apple pies. It’s like the workers are just rude and don’t care anymore especially the lady with the dreads . Anytime u go in she tell u to order on the machine but ur bothering her because you want to order with a person.

I went through the drive through to order food for two people. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and a large fry. I also ordered a quarter pounder meal with large fry. I was told to pull forward into a mobile order spot. I then sat in the spot for 25 minutes, waiting for my food. I went inside after 25 minutes of waiting, could not get help from any employees as there were customers waiting to place orders inside. After standing for 10 minutes inside I confronted an employee and told them I was waiting for 25 minutes outside and had not received my order. I then waited 15 minutes before I got my nuggets and sandwich and 1 of my 2 fry’s.. the feta were undercooked and my sandwich wasn’t made right and nuggets were cold because they gave my order to someone else in drive through while I was waiting… I was told by the employee they were waiting on fry’s for my second order of fry’s.. I then waited another 20 minutes inside for a second order of fry’s and confronted them again that I still had not received my second order of fry’s and that my first order was undercooked.. she then took the first fry and went to get two new ones, both the fry’s were undercooked… highly disappointed with the customer service I received and the time it took to get my order.. I usually never have an issue at this location on Gatlin.. but having to wait almost an hour to get my order is rediculous.. I used to work for Mac Donald’s and if we took longer then 30 minutes on an order we were getting yelled at to figure out what’s wrong.. the lady that I felt with inside acted as if she did not want to work and was getting fed up.. highly highly disappointed and can’t even enjoy a meal cause My fry’s both times are undercooked.. and half my meal was cold from waiting so long.. edit.. just started eating my quarter pounder and it’s not fully cooked. Tried calling and there line says busy..

Update, I have gone back a few times with no issues. Unacceptable. Did order through app. 20mins after waiting in the spot I go inside and they say there working on it. Worst McDonalds on the planet Earth. I put in a mobile app order. Waited outside 20 minutes before walking in to get my food. My order just like everyone else in the comments was wrong and I had to go in to get it. I ordered sausage McMuffins but only received ham on my McMuffins. And to make it worse, the food was cold. I tried calling the store and the phone just goes to voicemail. There was a sign on the door that the dining room was closed due to construction, but there was clearly no work going on.

Always have to wait for such a LONG time, especially when using the mobile ordering. Also everyone already KNOWS that they pretty much NEVER have milkshakes, but to my surprise this time they did….BUT just not the strawberry which is the only thing I really wanted it’s my favorite.. so cold AF fries and no shake. And waited over 30 mins. 👎👎👎👎
