Arby's

Oh Arby's! How I used to love thee. It gives me no pleasure to review this Arby's in a negative fashion because I love Arby's. I do not know if their quality has gone down in general or if it is this particular location but most of the sandwiches I have gotten here lately have been rather tasteless. The potato cakes are always good and I have never been a fan of their Curly Fries (or ANY Curly Fries for that matter). Please improve guys!

Has all of the classics, pepe in there were super friendly and the food was great. the restaurant is super clean and bright, easy to get in and out of. the drink station was spotless, as was the condiment area. the people who work there are always sweet and helpful, not rude or short. lot of tvs and things to look at. and of course the food is exactly what you would expect from arbys, good and affordable.

I went next door to the Chick-fil-a first and ordered $37 worth of food. There was about 30 cars in three lanes, but they are so efficient at Chick-fil-a I was there less than 5 minutes. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Then I went to Arby's for one sandwich. There was nobody in line. It was like a ghost town. The workers looked miserable and it took 7 minutes for the one item.

Decided to use the coupons that came in the mail, I walked in to order, no one ahead of me. I gave my order, stepped aside as a couple came in and then another couple, all of them younger than me. Both couples got their orders first and we all ordered the same sandwiches. I'm beginning to feel invisible, so I say what the hey, where's my food and why did you fill their orders and not mine. What are the numbers on the receipt for. I guess it must be age discrimination. I left the rest of the coupons on the counter, I won't be back due to poor service.
