Subway

I will NEVER go into this Subway again. EVER! Went in to order 2/3/2022 at 7 p.m. and the guy told us it would be a couple minutes as he was making a pick up order. Well after waiting 20 minutes for him to make 4 sandwiches we thought he was coming to help us, NOPE! The rude guy working walks over prints another pick up order and starts making the sandwiches for the pick up order. Never said a word to us! So after 30 minutes we walk out. Told the guy I would do a google review and he said he didn’t care. Real nice employee there! And people wonder what is wrong with the work force these days.

Subway business hours close at 9:00pm I went there at 8:20pm and ask for a sub and the lady told me she was close. I ask her why she was closing 40 mins early and I get a response of her saying because she won’t have time to clean up afterwards while she is sitting down on her phone chatting with some other girl at Dunkin. That’s just ridiculous and horrible service I really excepted better.

Customer service wasn't great. I also wanted the watermelon cucumber fresca and they said they were out. When my husband picked up our lunch it was around 1:30. I don't think they ran out by 1:30 in the afternoon probably just too lazy to make it. The customer service could be way better and not running out of food or drinks would be nice.

Ordered a sandwich at 8pm from uber eats. They accepted my order, then called me and told me they couldn't make my food. I had already been charged. They did not offer me an alternative, did not tell me anything about a refund, and did not tell me that they were actually closing early tonight! I guess they're just lazy. I hope I get my refund. In the future, if you don't have the stuff to make my food, do not accept the order. It's a waste of everybodies time. Also, please advertise if you're "closing early". Don't order from here. They're lazy. :)

Love the ability to order online and quickly pick up my order at the store. This location isn't very big but it looks brand new because they keep in such good condition it's kind of small but honestly most people just order online and come here to pick up so a large location isn't really needed. I have never had a problem with my order in the people here are friendly and courteous.
