Subway

Went to subway tonight did an online order. Opened my sub no meat no cheese. I called on the phone the lady apologized for forgetting the meat but insisted she put cheese on it. Another person opened their sub no cheese on that one. She refused to give cheese for the sub. She also refused to give me the manger or the owners phone number. Both her and the boy working with her said they have no manager or owner. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

I had a coupon for any footlong sub for 5 dollars. The girl at the counter pointed to a sign taped to the counter that said, " Due to the increased price of food items, we can no longer accept coupons at this location". I'm quite aware of the higher cost of food, hence the coupon. Was stuck only ordering a 6-inch sub because most of their subs are now over 10 dollars for a whole sub. When I got home and opened the sub, I realized that she gave me stale, rock hard bread. So, I ended up tossing it in the garbage because it was totally inedible. Will never step foot in a Subway again.

I came here and picking up a door Dash order and decided to get a little something to eat because I saw the $6.49 meal of the day meatball marinara but what I don’t understand is how it all rang up till like 850 the worker said that the 649 was only for the sub and it went up when you added on the chips and drink, It made no sense to me why the word meal was in the picture with the drink and chips pictured , I feel like she was wrong but when I said false advertising she just said nothing so I paid 7.50 for two bites of a sub and drink and wished I went to kfc I could have got a whole meal for $5
