Dunkin'

The service here is rude and nasty. I've gone in here for a few mornings now in HOPES there would be different staff because this is the dunkin closest to my job. It's always two girls working that I've seen. First time I went in there no one was even at the counter and waited for 15 mins..... I had to call for them hanging out in the back and when they finally took my order they acted like I bothered them. Second time I came in I was with my co-worker and there was a gentleman in front of us at the counter waiting for his coffee and food. They were so kind to him and served him no problems at the front counter. Two BIG GIRLS then walked in and they must have been their friends because once it was my co-workers turn to order they were RUDE to us. The one blonde haired girl rudely told us to move to the side so she could help her friends out. When they were done making the egg wraps for us they TOSSED the bag at us and didn't even say have a good day like I did to them. Neither of these workers have any class about them nor do they have customer service skills. Maybe they treat other women poorly based on looks or personality but what ever it is, I would never go here again and give them my business. I feel bad for the manager paying them each pay period because they don't deserve the pay checks. Maybe Mcdonalds will accept them later on in life.

I will not be back at this location. Stoped on for an Iced coffee and a hot. The manager was doing paper work. The only other employee was trying to take care of phone orders and walk ins. There were about four or five of us waiting. The manager finally comes over and I was next. She actually motioned with her hand for me to hurry with my order. I said sorry I am not fast enough with my order for you. She says oh no we have to know if it is iced or hot to enter the order. I assume she can't do two things at once. She filled a phone order before mine. Then when I tried to pay she waved me off again. Came back over took my money with no thanks for your business at all. This location sucks.

I got coupons in the mail. I went to this location on 2-26-19 with a $2 coupon for medium latte or cappuccino and a buy 6 donuts get 6 free. Well apparently the coupons aren't valid even though they come to your mailbox all because it says West Palm Beach, FL. So why send out the coupons or have the store and the coupon can't be used.
