Asked for less ice. Apparently that also means half the drink I ordered at full price. This is an addition to the multiple times they seem to forget they have a drive-thru until the manager sees people waiting or the cars leaving.

Love the Hot coffee with mocha! Also when I need breakfast. Their sausage croissant and the wake up wraps are my go to! Great place to stop for a quick coffee!

I ordered and everything bagel in the drive thru and got a plain bagel that was so burnt I couldn’t even eat around it. I called multiple times and they don’t answer the phone. So I paid for a bagel for no reason.

Ordered an iced caramel macchiato, got a regular with no caramel. Got a burnt bagel and a veggie egg white omelette that was missing half the egg inside. Ridiculous

Counter service was excellent, my coffee was made perfect and the sour cream donuts were fresh and delicious.

Cody the shift manager this morning was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. His team were also very friendly.

I love dunkin coffee but y’all customer service and employees are horrific. Got a latte that was purely milk and when I asked to have it fixed, they poured regular coffee in it. Then another employee came to the window rudely yelling what was the problem now. At that point I drive away with my poorly made latte.

SUPER slow! If you have somewhere to be don't go to this location. Also, consider yourself lucky if they get your order correct. I would put zero stars I'd I could.
