Burger King

This used to be a good BK. In the last couple of months, it just gets slower and slower. I just spent almost 50 minutes going through the drive thru, for a <$5 order. The employees are usually very nice (thus the 2 stars), but what can possibly take that long? I've been coming here for years. Seems to be a cycle. Good for a while, bad for a year or two. Good for a while, now they're on a down trend again. And: update... not the first time I had to go in cuz they only have me one burger on a double cheeseburger. Can't count to 2? Come on guys... (& gals).

The staff was acting weird at checkout, looking at me and then each other, another came over to ask if I had gotten cashed out yet and she just looked at her coworker then me, so I get home with the food for my family and open the bacon cheese burgers and there’s no bacon on either of them. I tried to call and kept getting a fax machine, but that was the only number listed. I am order 510 on 1/17/21 check number 40152, if anyone would like to address it since I can not get a hold of a manager! I don’t even usually complain, and I realize people make mistakes, but this time they knew they made a mistake and didn’t make themselves available so it’s different.
