Wendy's

T-mobile Tuesday's 📲and Wendy's🦰 had cheeseburger promo "buy one🍔 get one🍔". So my daughter and I were going to split 2 burgers 🍔🍔with a fry🍟 and a coke, 🥤. -The young gentleman👨🏿 at the register💰 was great to work with, unfortunately, human resources🤷🏾did not work with the employees🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏾🤦🏻‍♀️to extend the knowledge on how to work with the customers who arrive with the Wendy's 🦰🤳🏼 app and can extend help with the application. Fortunately the manager 🧑🏼‍💼 was able to use the key🗝️💳 card of power and over rule and discount the 2nd burger that was unable to be used from the application. 10/10 for the service I received.👨🏿‍🍳👋 8/10 for the large fries that came up short in the bag.🍟🤨 7/10 for my burger🍔 7/10 for the 2nd burger (Daughters rating)🍔 10/10 The coke selector ( Cherry+Vanilla Coke) ❤️❄️🍒🥤

The staff was friendly but their service was terrible and our food wasn't up to par. One sandwich didn't even cover 2/3 of the bun. One sandwich was completely plain when we just asked for no cheese. Their rewards wouldn't go through their "new system". It took forever to get our food. Most drinks were out. The girl who took our order was brand new and had to wait a long time just to get someone to help her do the order. (Poor thing).

This Manager refuse to take my order after having me sit in the drive thru, nobody in line or in the parking lot and made me wait. This restaurant makes customers wait for longer than 20 min, then said “BYE” to me in the most rudest way and slammed the door in my face. Manager states she don’t have to give me her name. She always cursing and loud.straight ignored me and turn her back.

Worst breakfast ever. These were advertised as being made fresh to order, I've had gas station reheatables fresher then these sandwiches. They were so bad, I couldn't finish them. Cold, bland, and dry. Seasoned fries we good. Don't bother trying it. I now know why Wendy's previous attempts at breakfast failed...

All the employees were standing outside with some other people. Including the drive thru person with the headset on. No one cane ti the drive thru to take our order. When I rode back to the front of the store. They were all still standing there except for one person who was going in the door. I said "really no one is gonna come take our order" the drive thru person with the headset on lied and said "we're locked out of the store". I said "oh we'll see what corporate thinks of that" and drove off. How could they have been locked out when there is a knob on the inside to lock the door and you need a key from the outside to lock the door!! I guess he's a little slow so he didn't realize we just saw his co worker walk in the door.
