The owner is such a great person we had a long talk about a variety of things. Thus resulted in her creating one of the best drinks ive ever had. Pictured is a drink she graciously named after me "Gabriel's orange crush" it seriously taste just like orange soda and it packs a punch. Be sure to show some love and come through and try it for yourself. They also have happy hour everyday from open to 6pm. $4 dollar glass of wine, $4 well drinks, $2.50 domestic beers and a dollar off of craft beers. Great atmosphere and waitresses!!

This is an old favorite of mine from Buffalo and having authentic Buffalo cuisine just up the road is amazing! The wings are done perfect (ask for them well done), beef on weck is so tender and juicy, bread on point! Even the fries are crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. We also tried the seasonal Brussels, more please!! The lemon zest added a lovely layer of flavor and the sprouts were cooked just right

One of the things I've noticed in my years of visits to Port St Lucie is that there have been a number of establishments that have passed through a little strip mall just west of the intersection of Gatlin and PSL Boulevard. Many of them have looked interesting, none more so than the Buffalo Chophouse, but none have ever stood the test of time - which has led to a certain reticence to try them, only to have them disappear after falling in love with the place. The Chophouse, however, has lasted a good several years AND come through COVID apparently intact, so my friend and I decided to give it try. We were not at all disappointed - VERY much the opposite! This is an absolute gem of a little steakhouse, with a cozy and charming dining area, nice little bar, and a back room party area which sees much use on NFL Sundays. The food - though on the pricey side for dinner service (and more reasonable lunchtime) - REALLY stands out! There's a decent selection of apps, including soups and salads, and there are other turf and surf options, but the gem is in their truly prime cuts of beef. My friend and I order steak dinners - mine a 12oz ribeye, and his a 12oz prime rib - that began with salads and came with two sides each. We started with Caesar salads (had wanted the jalapeno fries app, but that'll have to wait for our next visit) which were well-sized for dinner inclusion. These were remarkably fresh, the creamy Caesar having that slight anchovy note that marks a really good dressing. Then the steaks hit the table. Just WOW! My ribeye was an absolutely perfect light medium rare, melt in the mouth quality, and beautifully seasoned. Paired with a huge pile Buffalo's P(epper)/O(nion)/M(ushroom) sautee and some of the best-done grilled asparagus it's been my pleasure to have, this was a simply superb steak dinner by *any* measure. And my friend's properly rare prime rib - teamed with green beans sauteed with red pepper, and garlic parmesan mashed potato - was equally marvelous. To make the meal even better, our service courtesy of Amanda was excellent. She was prompt, companionable and highly knowledgeable, an excellent face for the establishment and ideal compliment to make sure our meal was all it could be. Aided solidly by other Chophouse staff, our experience was memorable and ensured we will be returning again! Besides, I need to have one of their special Beef on Weck lunchtime offerings ...

I saw on their lunch menu they had a reasonably priced steak burger, so I called three times to place an order, but they didn't even pick up the phone. Since they were close, I decided to go there anyway. The meat was dry and tasteless even through I added unreasonably priced upgrades and it was cooked almost well done when I had asked for medium. They describe the meat as "Ground in house from Ribeye, Strip and Sirloin for a thick and juicy flavorful experience." If this is how their steak tastes, I will not come back. TL/DR Bad service and bad food. Stay away.

Management was unkind and accused us of being responsible when a different meat arrived which we didn’t order. My husband pointed to the steak he wanted and gave two sides which came with it. He even asked what the vegetable of day was. So it was obvious to us that he wasn’t ordering a sandwich which only comes with one side. A sandwich came after an incredibly long wait. We are while he sat there without food. Finally after we were all done, his steak came. It was good, but it ruined his birthday. The manager stated that they took off the sandwich from our bill like that was a favor to us.
