It's the Negligence For Me! I ordered a Double Whopper Meal From This Place And Discovered What I Thought Was Glass But Turned Out To Be A Very Sharp Piece Of PLASTIC So I Immediately Called The Store And Was Connected To The Guest Relations Dept And Spoke With A Guy Which Didnt Really Seem To Care As Much As I Did But Hey I Guess Since Its Not Your Body Your Experience Your Money He Did Do His Job Though And Had The District Manager You Cared So Much She Didnt Even Get Out Of Her Car To Greet Me She Instructed Me To Go See The Manager Who Did Give Me My Money Back And Offered To Remake The Food (FOH Wont Trick Me) So Yea Use The Extra Gas And Go To The One Off Of Bayshore Hopefully This One Closes Soon! I tried to give it a zero star but 1 is the lowest rating I feel like this place Showed Owe other burger kings a star

My visit this time tonight at 9:40pm. I walked here to offset some calories,lol. I was greeted by a young lady named Younique! She was beyond nice. She was helpful as well. After listening me explain how I walked here and shouldn't but I must and listening to my mumbling of the menu I settled on the bacon cheesy tots. She then suggested spicy nuggets. Whattt?! I didn't even know there was such a thing. So I added to my other and received 2 ranch & 2 buffalo sauces. And a cup for ice as I already had my bottle of water. The nuggets are spicy and crispy. The tots are delicious! But the star of this trip to BK today is Younique! As the only customer eating in, I was still made felt welcome! Thank you Younique! Keep up this work ethic an you will go far! Thank you burger king for fresh food at slow 10pm time on Tuesday night!

The service is slow and terrible. When you order cheese on a burger they charge you but conveniently forget to add to burger. Then they get an attitude when you asked them to fix it. Guess what, 2nd time still no cheese. Then this is how they fixed my 2nd sandwich, they threw cheese on it and rewrapped it. Im very disappointed.

Aweful experience.... Tried to order a original chicken sandwich for my daughter for breakfast (her favorite). Girl tels me they dont do that. I explain its on their breakfast menu right in front if me. She starts argueing with me.... I have been getting this sandwich for my daughter for breakfast for years and this employee doesnt want to bother because she doesn't want ti deal with something that has to be special made.

DO NOT order from this location on Ubereats. They consistently leave food out of your order. It's not even the fact that it's thievery but the fact that you are expecting to feed your family and can't, you can only feed part of your family because someone is not going to receive their food. What a waste of time!!!
