Mcdonald's

Ordered my family a meal through DoorDash. The food arrived quickly and no complaints with DoorDash. We were missing a McRib meal, the fries and chicken nuggets tasted old and stale. Not just cold but actually stale like they had been sitting for awhile. There were no straws provided, even though we ordered 4 meals and they did not include the requested Sweet & Sour Sauce for the two chicken nugget meals. On the one McRib meal we did receive, they put Big Mac sauce on it (such an odd thing to put on the McRib and no clue why it was on that sandwich). Every last thing wrong or an issue on this order. My daughter requested Sweet tea and received a Coke. I called them and the manager first tried to tell me to call DoorDash to complain. No DoorDash did not mess up, take some accountability. To spend $40 on McDonald’s and receive such terrible food and service is very frustrating.

I tried to order a milkshake and a sundae at 1 am. I work at a mcdonalds in orlando so I know that the ice cream machine isn't always "down at this time" like the lady had said. So i instead ordered 2 Large Fries and 20 piece spicy nuggets. I was given my 20 piece but 1 medium fry. I tried to call to see about a refund or to get my fries. They picked up my call and hung up. Twice.
