Dunkin'

Food is good, but getting a Big N Toasty with sausage can be challenging. Each time I order it, they prepare it with bacon, even though the receipt states sausage. Today was no exception. No line in the drive through, and I was the only customer inside. Of course they corrected it immediately, and the cook even apologized stating he had read it but still forgot If this was the only time this happened I would just dismiss it. A year ago we complained after this happened 3 times in a row. A District Manager called us and apologized. She stated she would mail a gift card in the mail. Although I stated this is not needed, she insisted. I guess she took us up on the not needed part, as we never received anything in the mail. We only visit this place every few months, and would never use drive through to order a Big N Toasty with sausage. Hence the reason for so few visits.

Absolutely the WORST , I only go there if I'm right there with food in the car , even that I won't again ! There is no excuse for ABSOLUTELY everything to be wrong EVERYTIME ! I KNOW the only thing that keeps them open is travelers who are ignorant to the fact ! Fair warning ⚠️ NOTHING good to say about this one !!
