Subway

Went there for breakfast, pulled into drive-thru noone answers, pull around to window sign up saying drive-thru closed, go inside the person working there hiding, wanted to order breakfast wraps was told they didnt have so got the flat bread this gentleman proceeded to pile bacon on my steak wrap and I told him didnt want on both just one and alittle bit anyway I got charged 18.00 for 2 flatbreads and one of them had provolone cheese which I didnt order, no plans on going back. When I asked why so much? he said extra for bacon that I didnt even ask for!

Pulled up to drive thru. Was told to wait for a few minutes. After 3 minutes no one responded so I left & went to Jimmy John’s down the road. There were no vehicles in front or behind me and there were 5 vehicles in the parking lot. If you’re going to have a drive thru you have to staff it with enough competent people to run efficiently. This would never happen at Chick-fil-A. Not worth the trouble for a tuna sub.

I was told to wait 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru, I waited longer than that then a car came behind me and got tired of waiting so the person went around me and went up to the drive-thru window. I noticed that that person was serviced and I will still waiting by the speaker in the Drive-Thru. So I went to the window to place my order and the girl behind the window was very rude when I asked her why the person that skip me was served before me. So then after she finished her rudeness with me she asked me what I wanted so instead of ordering 5 subs I ordered a soda just to have a receipt and complain because this happened to me already more than one time at the same location by the same person. I will also message the General manager and corporate.
