I like to get up early in the morning. I had out of town visitors for the holidays so I went to dunkin' donuts for an assortment for everyone to snack on...my granddaughter even got an outfit for her elf on the shelf, Snowflake, to wear from Florida. That made her happy too!!😊

I dont usually leave feedback in stuff like this but I had after visiting this dunkin. After spending $8 on a sandwich and iced coffee they give me a sandwich that barely had anything on it plus I ordered dark roast they gave me regular, didnt even give me a receipt and spend 10 minutes in the dr9ve thru. Bad experience these guys need better training.

Ordered a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted bagel . Ended up with a bagel not toasted.

The last time my family and I went, they were out of quite a few flavors including glazed. They told us what they had and we ordered those. Drove up to the window and they had one less flavour than they originally told us. But hey, a least the lines move fast.

I stopped into today for coffee and a bagel when I sat down and realized that the girl mopping was not fazed by this bug and just mopped over it. If they’re not fazed to even kill the bug and just mop over it it’s because they are probably use to roaches in their building which is disgusting and a health concern. I will not be returning.

This Dunkin is not only disgusting in side, it also lacks providing customer service. I stood there for 5 minutes and the employees looked away so they wouldn’t have to acknowledge my presence. While this was going on a supervisor of some type was talking about during the entire team for not cleaning or something. Not clear exactly why. I will never go back here.

Tried to order a sandwich at 7:00 pm tonight and was informed by Meya and a young gentleman that they could not prepare it because they had just cleaned up the ovens in preparation for closing at 8:00 pm.
