Every single time I come to this location I’m disappointed. I put in a curbside pick up order today for one smoothie and sat out there for 15 minutes. I tried calling the store and it kept going to the mailbox. I finally walked inside and told him I had a curbside order and I’ve been sitting out there for a while, and he tells me he’s not allowed to go outside and I’m just gonna have to wait a few minutes because they’re really busy. What’s the point of curbside pick up? Not coming to this location again.

This has got to be the most inconsistent tropical smoothie ive ever been to. I go here 3 days a week and get the same exact thing and I am telling you that if you went 5 different days and ordered the same wrap it would be totally different each time. For the price they charge I would rather go elsewhere. Either the employees dont care or training is non-existent.
