Extremely rude staff, in person and over the phone. I called to ask if they had something I was looking for, and the women who answered cut me off before I could even finish my sentence and said no, I tried to ask if she knew anyone else who carried what I was looking for, and before I got two words into my sentence she cut me off again and dismissed me. Definitely did not want to help at all or like her job for that matter.

I stopped in to vacuum out my car. The machine automatically defaulted to air and did not allow me to select a function. When I went into the store to get a refund I was informed to call the number on the machine so that they could mail me a check for $1.75. The manager was very rude. He yelled and attempted to over talk me. I requested the number to cooperate and he gave me a cellphone number. The gentleman on the phone was nice enough to provide me with a refund. I just had to wait on it. This site is shameful. The manager placed a sign on the machine but within 5 minutes, it was off again. Seems like they are plotting to take people's money. Do not use the air/vac machine.

The manager/owner openly disrespects his own employees even when in the presence of customers. To give the whole context, I usually come to this store at night, however, this time I came in the morning. It was busy, so I quickly made my way through the store to overhear the manager being rude and yelling to (what I assume to be) a new employee, since I hadn't seen him before. I was going to ignore this as everyone else in the store, but when I saw the clear frustration of the employees face afterward I just had to say something. I approached the counter the manager came around to ring me up. I calmly and as gently as I could without offending, tried to explain to him that he shouldn't yell at his employees as he did a moment ago. This man then had to gall to then yell at ME for calling HIM out on his rude behavior, attempting to defend himself by saying "that's how we all talk here." I left soon after, realizing that this man was clearly not going to change for the better. Now I know why the 'Help Wanted' is up on the window most of the time now; the manager is a nightmare to work for and I don't blame anyone for leaving. Also, glad to know other reviews see the managers personality as well. Hopefully the corporate office corrects this glaring issue in this establishment.
