It has been so long since we've been treated with above and beyond customer service. This location earned their 5 stars based on their SINCERE customer service, and the food was also excellent. I couldn't take a pic because we cheated and the pizza didn't make it home. Good thing we bought the marbled brownie for dessert! Thank you Domino's in Portland. We appreciate you.

Good pizza. Their hand-tossed is one of the best, among the large chain pizza shops. Their online order system is a little off, though. I received a text saying that my order was ready for pick-up, but when I arrived at the shop, I was told that the pizza would not be ready for another 5 minutes. A customer who arrived after me had the same complaint.
I recommend Domino's Pizza, but give them a little more time after they notify you that your order is ready.

I just moved here from Cali first time ordering any food for delivery. Very impressed with the delivery time and the young gentleman Daniel I believe very kind and professional. And the pizza was the best Domino’s pizza I have ever had! I ordered thin crust, garlic parm, chicken, spinach, extra mushrooms and extra cheese! I give the entire experience a 10!!

I was angry at the lame automated call center.
Went to the store fairly angry.
The young man at the register was great. He got the mgr for me. The mgr ( don’t remember names)
Was courteous and heard my complaints. He answered my questions and gets my respect.
Thanks to the great staff. The pizza was, after all, great!

I’ve seen some bad reviews and of course, that’s when they want to post about it. HERES MY POSITIVE REVIEW.
My experience with this domino’s is always great! I always get them delivered and the DRIVERS are nice and friendly. (Don’t forget to tip$). And my pizzas are hot and here when it says it will be. They (PIZZA PREP PEEPS) get my toppings correct each time. The prices are reasonable and coupons help when you ask or mention it (two or more for $5.99 each).
If you have problems with any orders, talk with the GM Debra. She’ll help you.

They are rockstars! I don't usually order pizza from chains, but the Portland Dominos has the best service, fast delivery, and tasty pizza. I've never had such a great experience consistently from a chain store like this one, especially during COVID. Great job Dominos Portland team!

Best way to order is through the app or online. As soon as you show up your out the door. Other pizza joints can lower their prices to a $1.00 but could never come close to Domino's.

It takes above and beyond always with NO mistakes to gat 5 stars from me. I was so-o-o tempted here because I love our Domino's. The only hold back was awhile back they left out extra pepperoncinis I ordered. I have no doubt they will collect that 5th star soon!
