They really know how to do ice cream! Best variety of flavors. They even have several vegan flavors. You can try any & every flavor before deciding. Super friendly staff. It is really popular so be patient, but totally worth the wait!

I own an ice cream shop in another state. Salt and Straw is great. They have unique flavors and a good vibe. I like some of their flavors, but some are so bizarre that they're not delicious. I also think they serve their ice cream a little too warm (melted). Overall though, I really like coming here when I'm in town and I admire their business.

Our go-to neighborhood ice cream shop. They have all the classic flavors and traditional stuff- but also awesome creative flavors like blue cheese and pear ice cream. Highly recommend.

Well, you need to try this place if you are in the area. The innovative flavors and the willingness of the staff to let you try them as many times as you like was welcoming. Must have icecream.

Fantastic and friendly staff, who were so patient with my sampling and questions! They lived up to their reputation. I liked that some of their flavours veer away from the conventional - like the blue cheese+pear or the cocoa pulp gelato! Shout out to Andrew!

I am not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite I’ve cream on earth. As someone with lactose issues, I greatly appreciate having vegan ice cream options. The best part is that it is not just sorbet, which I hate. The recent upcycled food series was awesome, and the summer berry options are always legit. The basaltic and anything with goat cheese is amazing!

My #1 favorite to get is sea salt caramel with waffle cone, smell of waffle walking in the store was great, long line but the line moved along so no big deal, u can sample again which was great. My brother order cold brew cashew pecan was good but he said needed more coffee favor.

Delicious ice cream flavors! Super unique, creamy, and tasty. I got the goat cheese marionberry habañero. My friends got the birthday cake with blackberries. It was all so memorable and delicious.

Possibly the best ice cream store in the world. Incredible flavours with lots of innovation. So impressed with them I bought their recipe book at Powell’s. I’m very lucky to be staying nearby and I’ve been able to walk down every night to try all the flavours. It’s always packed with people queuing up down the street. They’ve inspired me to open my own ice cream shop in Australia. These are my people.
