Cool Moon Ice Cream

This place is adorable! Great selection of ice cream flavors, great coffee, and interesting desserts! Their croffle pop(you can’t find that anywhere else) is a must try. It’s so unique and tasty. Today I tried their cookie and this place never disappoints. The BEST PART of Miss Oz is Oz, the mascot. This is my favorite spot in the whole portland metro area!

The best ice cream shop in the Pearl District even in the whole Portland area in my opinion. I love this place! If you're in the area stop by at Cool Moon it has the most delicious flavors made fresh in small batches. They also have non dairy options too. Treat yourself! Go and get some ice cream here. I highly recommend it! My husband and I love Cool Moon Ice Cream, you won't even mind the brain freeze after you had a mouth full of Ice cream.

The owner / Ice cream maker was very delightful and kind. They told me all about the sorbets and expressed that they are all home made. Strawberry sorbet was so good I almost didn't put it down to write this review. The chocolate was so delectable and rich. It wasn't bitter at all. It was giving smore and melts in your mouth. Even though there are only two vegan options it's lovely. Prime people watching location if that's your kick.

We had an interesting trip here where we arrived and were second in line, which seemed like a lull in their regular busy-ness. There were two people working and it took them forever to get to us, even though we had a young child with us. One employee was meticulously taking and filling the order for the people in front of us in line. They checked in to let us know they would be right with us and very extremely polite and focused on customer experience, but they were also very slow. The other employee was focused on restocking. When we finally ordered we did get our ice cream fairly quickly, and I have to say that the quality and flavor of the ice cream was incredible! So, overall, a good experience despite the wait.
