The atmosphere is fun & whimsical. The food is beyond good. (We got the cucumber salad & a keto burger. I had one bite of the salad & wanted to have a take-home container for more ) The staff is friendly & answers questions you may have with a smile. They always have an amazing car showcased! The only reataurant/ bar Before you pass security . Mac and cheese with chicken was decent . You could do without the chicken add in for 3$.
The patty melt though is Delicious ! Highly recommend .
Friend staff and accommodating after they sent out the wrong order .

Beaches is a restaurant located "outside" of security at Portland airport as part of the airport mall. As an airport location, the food quality was surprisingly decent but definitely on the salty side of "comfort food". An odd mix of southern and coastal food choices dominate the menu.
Service can be a little slow at peak times but generally you can count on being in and out in 35 to 45 minutes for a single Traveller.
My food came hot and as advertised. And that's the key, if your expectations are "I want a decent meal at the airport" Beaches will deliver. Just plan for a little schedule flexibility if there's a rush.

Our server was SUPER friend and prompt and the restaurant is way neat looking. We sat at the fire pit table which was pleasantly warm and comfortable first thing in the morning, the bacon sampler was good, not to much fat mixed in and the biscuits we're great and fresh. Their version of honey butter isn't my favorite but did not make the trip unenjoyable. Great little spot. Price also we're not outrageous.

We had a fantastic breakfast and experience at Beaches at PDX airport. The food was super tasty and came out hot, fun view, amazing service from a very lovely waitress..... it was so nice. After the kids are done eating our waitress took them to pick a prize from the treasure chest and they got to make an ice cream cone which my kiddos absolutely loved. The waitress even made sure it was okay with me first before offering which was very nice and thoughtful. Next time we are at the airport we will definitely be back. 🤓

A great spot for the family to visit while waiting for their PDX flight. The back of the restaurant looks out over the tarmac and makes for some great viewing.
