The Tavern and Pool McMenamins location is a great spot for delicious food (pizza), drinks, and bar games. I highly recommend the Hammerhead BBQ pizza, the Tropical Storm pizza, the Omnivore pizza, and the Margherita pizza. And definitely order some Cajun tots! There are 3 pool tables and 2 shuffle board games, and also a nice fireplace to warm up. And of course, they have a stocked bar with all the local beers, cidars, and spirits.

Located on the busy 23rd st in NW Portland, this bar has great selection of beers and cocktails. It has couple of pool tables and is usually free to play.

An amazing tavern and a great part of the McMenamins family of businesses. It's definitely worth stopping at for a drink. The staff are amazing and the people are great. The pool tables and shuffleboard were a lot of fun

Great older esthetic atmosphere! The Portland Dip and Mcmenamins Cab Sav was excellent, the Aus Jus was a little oily. Staff is impeccable. Kind and friendly. I went twice before leaving Portland.

This is probably one of the most iconic pubs Portland has. One of if not the first craft beer bar and company. This place has totally retained the old school vibe. The beer is the bomb, good food and great atmosphere. You'll regret it if you don't take the chance to visit and have a cold one here,

McMenamins has one of my favorite bar food menus. The Cajun tots are a MUST! Everything else I’ve eaten here is also very good. I’m usually pretty pleased with the beer selection. Service has been hit or miss but I keep coming back because the food and atmosphere makes up for it. Really fun to have so many pool tables available and a few TVs to watch games.
