Addy's Sandwich Bar

It can be hard to find places downtown that are quick, reasonably priced, and healthy. This place accomplishes all AND the team that works there are absolutely amazing. It gets busy at lunchtime but ordering ahead of time makes it easy to go and pick it up. They have outdoor seating primarily so I will eat there in the summertime but usually order it ahead to take back to the office. We love you, Addy's!!!

wow delicious! I stopped in first time and got a bit overwhelmed by the huge menu that I decided to come back another time. Glad I did. I really wanted a ham and gruyère baguette but they were sold out of ham. Instead I got a turkey, brie, cucumber and crème fraîche baguette and a cup of white bean soup. (gf) Both were very tasty. Then I noticed they have a paté sandwich, know I know what i’m coming back for! Bread and quality of ingredients is top notch, really nice. The lady on the cash register is super nice also. I wish I worked downtown more often!

Staff is very friendly and the service is fairly quick. I called in to place my order (you can't order online unfortunately). The place doesn't have seating that I saw of and it was pretty crowded. That said, their service is fairly quick. Their menu is huge and they have a wide variety of things to pick from. I got myself the soup of the day (carrot Ginger soup) and the power Salad. I found the food quite tasty. The Power Salad gives you some options to pick. Mine was chick pea salad + hard boiled egg + avocado + quinoa, kale and carrot on a vinaigrette dressing. Very sumptuous and nutritious. For the portion though, I found it a bit on the pricey side and hence one less star than 5.
