Starbucks

I recently visited this Starbucks location in Downtown Portland and overall, I had a decent experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I did notice that the cleaning standards at this location seemed to be lacking. As someone who values cleanliness and hygiene, this was disappointing to see. I hope that the management team takes this feedback seriously and makes a concerted effort to improve their cleaning practices. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my visit and appreciate the friendly service. With some improvements in the cleaning standards, I would gladly return to this location in the future.

Came here to look at pastries and not buy anything, but the fox cake pop was just too cute! It looked exactly like the fox emoji!🦊 The cake pop itself was pretty good. Really soft and sweet. I hadn't had any sugary foods in a while, and could definitely taste it here. The actual shell of the cake pop was nice too; not too thick like some others. Really good ratio overall. The hard part was stopping at just one!

I visited Starbucks located at 720 SW Broadway Pioneer Courthouse Square. Staff service is good. I was taking pictures as my intention was to write a review. Concern manager asked me with very respect tone not to take pictures. I told her this is for writing customer service review. I like the way she presented. I had my favorite Cafe Latte and they made tasty. This store located in Downtown prime area and ambience was good and worth visit once agin!

The Christmas tree went up today in Pioneer Courthouse Square so there were a ton of people everywhere. The store was PACKED - totally SRO - but they had greeters managing foot traffic, an expediter-like person who called out the drinks to hand to you, and despite the massive crowd, the entire staff was super friendly. Our latte and mocha were spot-on too!

Sit and drink coffee? Kinda, space is limited. Coffee is standard Starbucks quality, staff is usually very good. Almost never have a place to sit inside BUT when it's nice outside there is plenty of seating outside that over looks Pioneer Square so you can people watch. The outside seating during the nice weather gets the 4th star for me. Plus one of the baristas there asked me one day if I wanted my almond milk steamed.... It never occurred to me to order it that way, I said yes and always ask for it that way now. I've been going to this location for years and always will go. They even are open late!
