Love this bar for date nights ! Great rotating list of cocktails, inside ambiance is lovely (love the liquor display), and the photo booth is a fun touch (though it was out of service last time I went and tried to use it). Ample outdoor seating with heaters, which is where I usually find myself parked. My one complaint is that the inside is SO loud. I’ve been here many times and can never sit inside without speaking very loudly to hear my date. The inside vibe of this bar would greatly improve imo if someone knocked the volume down a few bars.

First time here with vegan friend. Had solid vegan and non-vegan options and a surprisingly serious bar. Environment both indoors and in patio areas was relaxed and could accommodate both completely casual and upscale vibes at same time. Food was very good but think food choices are secondary to the liquor, wine and beer menu. To be fair, this is the Victoria Bar so fact their food options are this solid and accommodating is a major plus. :)

Absolutely love this place. Atmosphere is killer. Cocktails are top notch. Food is great. First time getting brunch. The vegan chicken and waffles with the piquant jam and spicy butter was really good. The Humboldt Burrito is my new fav brunch food on Mississippi. Both are pretty big dishes, could def share it. The concrete jungle cocktail at first sip almost tastes like banana laffy taffy it’s pretty sweet, very yummy! The Humperdinck coffee is super delicious, hot coffee drink. This is a go to. Always satisfies the bar food craving but it’s better than bar food, great quality food not greasy, awesome vegan options, always leave feeling satisfied. My dog loves it too so we’re regulars for sure. Always great vibes and crowd.

A whole vibe. Calm but busy, not too loud, dark but not impossible to see, and tons of seating options. Service was wildly quick for late on a Saturday night, and food was fresh. Drinks were top notch. Love their selection of non alcoholic beverages, that was surprising to see! Definitely somewhere we will be back soon.

Victoria bar is a great spot for vegans. On the north end of Mississippi, but don’t miss it. I enjoyed the vegan chicken and waffle today and the portion was large. Food was hot, tasty, and prices are mid range. Order at the bar, food is delivered to your table, we had a large group and food came out quickly. The only thing that would make this place better is refillable mimosas for brunch.

The brunch here was absolutely amazing! We arrived right as they opened Friday morning and had the whole place almost to ourselves. I loved the art deco vibe and there's plenty of seating inside and on a patio. The menu included a bunch of vegan options for my cousin which she loved. We got a variety of things as a group and everything I had was delicious, fresh and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best brunch places in Portland! The French toast was so good and very sweet, the bread was incredible, and it went great with some coffee. We did the burrito with the vegan sausage and real eggs. I was so surprised by how good the vegan chicken and waffles were, the above chili butter just took it over the edge.
