Worth a food stop if you’re hungry especially crew. Got the breakfast, loved it. Skip the buffet and order a proper item like the breakfast hash

As someone who has had to fly in and out of portland for years, the rose and compass has always been the perfect stop either on your way out to a flight or on your way back into portland! I have eaten here maybe a dozen times and it has never disappointed, with great food and spectacular service. the waiters are timely and very helpful, especially Rhonda

It's actually somewhere between four and five stars. Simply hotel food, but well prepared with a small but varied selection of dishes. The server, Alex, was very friendly and the service, prompt. The atmosphere is nothing fancy, but comfortable.

The bar tender rocky made me the best old fashioned whiskey I've had in a long time. Along with his magic 🎩 tricks. Made our night. Or the sweet pot fries 🍟 ate amazing 👏

I work at the hotel that it is inside of. Food is very good. You can tell the chef's have a passion for cooking.
