Native Bowl

I do not even know where to start. The food was SO freaking good!!! Everything is vegan so that was handy. The staff was super friendly. I love the whole food cart vibe of this area. But the food... It was so damn good! I got the Albina bowl. The leftovers the next day were even better. I highly highly recommend you check them out, you will not regret it. So damn good.

The owner and his staff have positive & upbeat attitude with super professional customer service! We got Broadway and Buffalo bowl. Both tasted excellent!! Those bowls were very filling also! I loved the sauce on my Broadway very much!! You don’t have to be a vegan to love their food. If you are in Portland, you have to try their bowls!!

Noticed Native bowl cart in a corner at the Prost Marketplace but was pleasantly surprised to see an all-vegan menu. So many options! Ended up getting the Mississippi bowl since I love barbecue sauce flavor and since I wanted to try soy curls. It was so smashing in flavor. The rice below the soy curls also had a delicious sauce to it. Healthy n yummy.

Honestly, I am not a huge fan of vegetables or "healthy-style" food, so I am surprised by how much I absolutely loved Native Bowl. They have some unique vegan stir-fry dishes that they offer, and let me tell you, they are full of flavor! I would highly recommend their Alberta Bowl, which comes with perfectly crispy garlic tofu, vegetables, rice, and a sriracha-mayo-like sauce on top, and it all tastes so excellent together. In addition, service was fast and really nice and helpful. Whenever I'm in the area, I'll have to stop by! I'm already craving another Native Bowl and I only had one yesterday!
