Yo for real let me tell you something. I’ve been to over 30 JM locations. This is the best one hands down. Kylie!!!!! You are the sweetest nicest employee ever!!! Thanks for being so kind!!! Shout out to the management at this location you guys are the real deal with the hiring. Yo and let me tell you about my food real quick…fire. I’m from jersey straight up and this felt like I was at my local delicatessen, except the people are way nicer. Order the number 13!!!! This Italian sub I’m eating is sending me straight to Naples, or north jersey (the gold standard of all Italian subs). Straight up I love jersey mikes and now I think I might be obsessed. VISIT THIS LOCATION. ITS AWESOME. THANKS GUYS!!!!! KYLIE!!!!!!!!!

Specifically writing the review for their amazing service on 3/29 (their fundraising day). My company ordered a dozen sandwiches to support the local charities since JM’s donates 100% of SALES on 3/29… the service was amazing, yes it was horrendously busy, but the staff were amazing and kept up an impressive workflow. The sandwiches are what you’d expect, and come out “great” every time. I only actually come here once a year on their day of giving since I’d rather have an authentic deli sandwich, but I love the way they give back with this fundraiser.

I walked in with 3-4 guests in front of me and I heard someone behind the counter acknowledge me, asking if I had an online order, I replied no. He said thank you for coming in, we will be right with you. What a great start to my first visit! I was treated so kindly - and to watch the person “dress my sandwich” with such awesome flare - totally awesome!! He’s been there for 5 years and needs his own franchise!! So great - the sandwich was awesome too! I came in right at 11 am 1/21/23.

Amazing crew! Very welcoming and accommodating! Clearly a well organized organization that believes in training their employees well. They have a special station for gluten-free sandwiches and take special care to avoid cross contamination. If you get it the Mike's way, don't be surprised by the amount of oil and vinegar. It tastes great that way, but you can ask for light and get 1/2 the amount.... Want even less, just ask.
