I just ordered from this food cart for the first time via GrubHub and was very pleased. The delivery was quick, the food was warm and exceptionally delicious.
I ordered the coconut rice bowl and one smoked shotgun shell. Super yummy! Maybe a new fave.

Had the gorgonzola steak mac- no lie, the best food cart food I've EVER had. The tomatoes, balsamic drizzle, and fresh green onions on top gave a beautiful fresh taste and contrast to the delicious cheesy sauce and perfectly cooked steak. And a good price too at only $14!!

Cartlandia is... Not the best of locations, when it comes to cart pods, in Portland; however, they have always had a few spots worth venturing into Felony Flats for. Loaded has definitely become one of them. The chef/owner of this cart takes his food seriously - to the continued joy of his customers. Whether it is sides, salads, or entrees, the same level of care is applied to everything. I recommend the garlic bread as a side, anything as your entree. From personal experience, I can recommend the Blackened Chicken Mac for a delicious meal as well as lunch the next day!

The ice cream sandwiches looked so good, and THEY WERE! I had the salted Carmel pretzel, and every bite was followed by an audible moan. Cookies were made by loaded, ice cream was from grocery store.
The apple scone I had was also superb!

This place though. Their bruschetta chicken sandwich is to die for and I just had the BBQ burger for the first time and it was insanely good!! This carts in my top 3 favorite carts for sure. Dude had excellent customer service, very skilled chef.

Incredibly delicious shrimp coconut rice bowl. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the flavors (mango, coconut, butter, salt, avocado) combined so well. Amount of food for the price ($10) was also decent.
I could tell the chef/owner (?) is truly passionate about food, and puts effort and love into every dish. Will be back for sure~ 😋

Had the special of the day, Steak and Gorgonzola Mac with the balsamic drizzle and I couldn't eat it fast enough. Steak was tender and juicy, perfect medium cook, noodles timed just right, and the creamy gorgonzola sauce has just the right kick to keep me wanting the next mouthful. Even my soon to be bride's dislike for gorgon was completely abated!
Definitely give this foodtruck a shot!
