This is, without a single doubt, the worst fast food location I have ever been to. The employees, rude, even when presented with reasonable requests. They literally have never not forgotten to add 1 or more items to my bag. Order a combo? "Well your drink choice was out so we assumed you wanted to pay for a soda but not get one." Get nachos with your tacos? "Well we needed to heat up the cheese at that takes like 20 seconds... so... no nachos for you." Literally every time. And it's not that THEY are the ones screwing up putting in an order, if I order via the App or the website it's JUST. AS. BAD. I will never go to this Taco Bell again, I have better things to do that be screamed at by a manager for asking for a food item that I paid for.

The food was delicious. Better than where I came from in Twin Falls. But the disappointment was when I had to be in the drive through for so long. And on top of that, the guy at the window taking our order was so quite and mumbled so softly that we couldn't hear him tell us their options for a particular meal. I wouldn't go back again if there is any other place to eat late night.

One of the worst experiences as a delivery driver I’ve had last night. 12/17/21
First off the guy stated that the customers food was almost ready and he’d bring out soon. So I waited and waited and nothing happened so I knocked on the door and no answer. A few employees came out to smoke as I was driving toward the drive through and ignored me and walked away. So I went through the drive though and the lady told me they’re out of food. I asked about the customers orders and they said the food was ready so I pulled to the window and it was not ready and I had to wait. The guy then dropped half the food on the floor and tried putting it back in the bag. They had to remake that stuff so it took even longer. The whole time there was absolutely zero communication from the staff. Turned what would have been a 10-15 minute order into a 45 minute. It made the order go from worth my time to not worth my time. If it wasn’t on the way home and I didn’t have my book with me to read I would have cancelled the order.

A normal standard taco bell during the day, but don't ever come here at night. Waited about an hour in the drive thru just to get the completely wrong items, that were of less value than what I ordered. There were three workers, but they were completely dysfunctional and incompetent, probably high on something, repeating things to each other 5x and forgetting what items are called. I've been through drive thrus with 2 normal people working that took less time than it took for the window guy here to tell one of the cooks my name on the order. Like I said, I've had good experiences during the day but seriously, do not come here at night.

Get here and I'm trying to order my food. Before I can finish my sentence the gentleman says, "Is that all?" He's talking so fast almost trying to rush me.
I get my food and the bag is taped up. Why? I usually double check my order but since it was taped I decided to move forward. I get to my destination and open bag to eat my food.
To my suprise there's no utensils to eat the steak bowl I ordered. Terrible drive through and no utensils with unnecessarily taped bag.
Astoundingly terrible.

despite being stressed from the long line (there were two major events nearby), two of the young men working tonight were still super considerate of what my friends and i ordered. they were visibly stressed, but made sure they gave the designated diet drinks to friends who needed it. if i could give 10 stars for kind and proficient customer service, i would.

Dining room still closed even though it’s in a very walkable area. Just like all the fast food restaurants around it, the drive through is an enclosed nightmare. You don’t have to be in business, you can shut down if you just don’t want customers. The good news though! Muchas Gracias is right next door! Way better food just go there it costs about the same and you get your food quicker too!

Their card readers were down- luckily, I had cash on me. An hour before their listed closing time, they had a line out to the street for the drive-through. An unpleasant experience to be sure, but not as unpleasant as having a line of irate customers you have to deal with upon being notified they have to have cash.
I'm sure it was a lot on their end, but the cashier I talked to offered to comp me a couple of extra drinks. I said no, but his patience and willingness to take an extra minute for me after I had to wait for so long in the drive-through line was really going above and beyond considering their card readers were down. I appreciate the folks that work here! Thanks for making a tired man happy and satisfied at the end of a long day. Sorry you guys had to deal with such a sticky situation.
EDIT: 6/29/22 These folks rock and are working their butts off, please make sure they have the resources to do their job correctly. They appear to be out of napkins, so please send them some. Paper towels are fine (if not actually better) but they've apologized for it every time and my orders are never astray in any way. I come here at least twice a week, be nice to my Taco Bell friends or I will raise hell! Thanks to everybody that works here, you guys have high traffic and low staffing. You deserve better.
