Pulehu Pizza

This is the opposite of drunk pizza. This is light, delicious, cracker-thin pizza, the kind where you can eat the entire box yourself and still not go into a post-lunch food coma. The owners are SO friendly, willing to give recommendations or change things up if you're craving something particular. The only problem is (and it's not really their fault), the pizza is best right off the grill, but there's nowhere nearby to eat it! Without space for tables along the downtown sidewalks, you're forced to hike over to Waterfront or back to your office, risking the crispy crust going a bit limp in the process. So, let's hope Pulehu gets a brick and mortar soon!

Scale of 1 -5 (1 being worst rating - 5 being the best rating) Atmosphere: 4 (It is a food cart so you could get an array of experiences while waiting for you pizza from day time business to night time hooligans. It's Portland.) Cleanliness: 4 (As stated above it is outside, but the area around the food cart was clear of debris or anything else you might find a nuisance. However I did peek inside and it looks like they run a pretty tight ship. Which gives me peace at mind that there is no cross contamination in my pizza) Menu: 5 (Here is the meat and potatoes or I should say cheese and pepperoni. If your getting hungry this is the place to go. Unlike many pizza places who bombard their pizza with dough and no room for toppings. This place uses "European" style crust which really thin and then grilled. And if your a meat lover like me, you do not want dough in the way of your toppings. ) Service: 5 (Excellent staff who is very kind and willing to help you dress your pizza however you see fit.) Sustain: Great product which could be hard to find in the surrounding area. Also as someone from a design background, I enjoy the care they put into the graphics on the cart This speaks volumes on how they run business unlike the carts around them. Unique: You can order personal little pizza for yourself or a large 12 inch one for you and someone else. All boxed and ready to go.
