The Conquistador

One of my usual spots before becoming a dad; great to see I can stop by for a drink and a game of pool while waiting for the amazing small (yet huge) nachos and empanadas to go. Vibe is excellent as always, and the bartenders are wonderful people. Meat lovers, don't shy away from their vegetarian only menu. Everything is solid.

Loved our visit to Low Tide. Came in on a Saturday night and while busy it wasn’t too crowded and we were easily able to find a table. The food itself was great and portions are fantastic. Can’t go wrong with the large nachos which could comfortably feed a group of 4. The drinks are also great and I really enjoy the margarita I went with which was priced well too. Overall a fun, reasonably priced and not overcrowded spot that’s a great place for a casual evening.

Great bar with just the right amount of ambience and dive-bar feeling. We ordered the nachos along with the margaritas. Nachos: it's a huge portion, and it's made to order. Not only was it delicious (one of the best nachos in a bar I have ever had), it was also extremely flavorful. And the drinks: these margaritas are also great. They have several flavors: we got the default lime ones and I can't wait to go back for more. The people working there are friendly and chilled: they really seemed to like this place and felt down to earth. The customers were all also chilled (what you expect from SE). There's a small upstairs lounge that anyone can use. Oh, and for all you vegetarians: this is a 100% vegetarian bar (I was surprised to find that out accidentally last night) with some vegan options. Overall, I recommend this place.

Themed bar with fantastic food. Both inside and side seating. They have DJs on the weekends and games in the back of the bar. Both cozy booths and bar seating. There is a lounge upstairs with couches for parties that can be rented for small to medium size groups. Their food is a step above normal bar or pub food. The nachos are a tower of deliciousness. I also recommend the black bean and cheese empanadas. Drinks are strong and tasty.
