I love fat straw I go there probably at least once a week,the workers are always really nice and get your order out as soon as they can. The only problem I can think of is that it is over priced.

The shop was really cute and the boba was yummy. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the cup wasn’t fully filled; there was quite a bit of room left. Otherwise service was good!

I absolutely love this Boba place and might just be one of my favorite cafes of my life. When we first came in, it had cute plushies of Boba teas and multiple cute plants there. I ordered the Blended Guava w/ Crystal Boba and the #1 Sandwich. I first got my Guava Boba and when I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste my tongue was tasting. This was absolutely delicious and I already knew that this place was going to get 5 stars. But when I got my sandwich, I was amazed. The fact that this place had so many flavors and a variety of items and they have mastered all of them? That is beyond 5 stars.

Excellent customer service from Harper, she was very friendly and had good suggestions for my banh mi sandwich which was delicious. I also had a really nice iced espresso drink. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. Great classic spot on SE Hawthorne!

Fat Straw has a ton of flavor options with the ability to customize each order (sweetness, toppings, etc.). The Dragon's Blood (orange and pomegranate) fruit tea was delightful and refreshing. The guava had some surprising floral notes which is not my jam, but it wasn't bad. Prices were fair.

The girls that work there were really sweet, lots of cute merch as well!!
We got the Thai tea with boba, so creamy and the boba was fresh!!

Stopped by for an afternoon snack and the staff was super friendly. Got my regular taro bubble tea and it was very good. No complaints.
The owner also makes their own face masks and I bought two BOBA face masks.
Traveling from out of town and was honored to be able to support this local business.

So delicious! All the bubble tea is vegan and made with coconut milk. The tea is so creamy and full of flavor. I got the honey lavender and my husband got the original milk tea. Both with boba and both were amazing. There is a ton of seating and the environment is great with plants and cool lights. This is our new favorite bubble tea place, and we will definitely be returning.
