Cannon's Rib Express Catering

Got the brisket sandwich and it was well worth the wait. That meat just melted in my mouth and the sauce was so good. It's rare that I have a sandwich that I have to eat with a fork, but this was the classic image of good messy barbecue. I regret not coming here sooner because the food was just as good as it smelled. Also got a piece of sweet potato cake that was so perfectly moist and had such a perfect light flavor. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to come eat more.

Still working on my first meal from them, the rib tips dinner. The quality of the meat is the highest possible. Well smoked, with a delicious spicy red BBQ sauce. Corn bread and red beans and rice were both very good. The cole slaw was the one thing that seemed like maybe it wasn't made in house, but how many things can you really expect to excell at? The quantity of food was very generous for the price. I'm a big guy, I was sooo hungry, and I am not going to be able to finish this in one sitting. I can't overstate how happy they made me, not how much I recommend their food!

Outstanding pork ribs! Everyone seems to love the brisket but I'm stuck on the pork ribs. Everytime I smoke pork ribs this is exactly how I hope that they turn out but I only get it right about half the time. Cannons really put out a delicious meal and the collard greens with the red beans and rice as sides cannot be beat.

This place is the real deal. Great food, hard to find quality, price is right, great people. Before I went, I was a little weirded out with it being in a New Seasons parking lot. I was wrong. The dining area is quite lovely and feels like a relaxing oasis far removed from any parking lot. Go now. Run!
