Sparky's Pizza

They were amazing!! I had to get four extra large pizzas for a very important lunch meeting and they rocked it! We came up with a game plan and everything ended up perfectly timed to the exact minute I was scheduled to pick them up! Excellent customer service and the pizza was delish!! The Farm one was my absolute favorite that chicken was the best!! I'd give em 10 stars if I could!

The food and salads are above average. Personally, one metric of how good the pizza is will be how it is hot out of the oven. More critical for me is how it tastes reheated the following day (or two). Sparky's does very well using this metric. Full disclosure, we prefer to reheat the pizza using a JetStream oven rather than a microwave, so your results may vary. Their salads are always fresh and crisp, so that box is checked as well. Unfortunately, when our last order was delivered the salads were AWOL, which resulted in only a four star review. That oversight was quickly remedied however, so if future orders are delivered 100% complete, the review will be revised upwards.

Great pies. Lots of good quality topping, never overly greasy...just the right amount for great flavor. Service is excellent! They care about what they serve and who they serve. They also treat drivers of third party delivery services well. I do doordash delivery, and I love picking up a slice every time I get by there. This is one of my top 5 places to both eat and pick up from. The restaurant is very clean, even their restrooms are clean! I also find their prices slightly below average for the high quality of their food.

They told us Portland Pizza Week would have its fair share of disappointments. They told us we'd be nuts for going the "traditional" route when there were so many exotic flavor combinations out there. They were wrong. My girlfriend and I were wowed by Sparky's... Crust was excellent, crispy and soft in all the right places. Spices in the sausage? Nailed it. The right balance of flavors was awesome. We had to put our slices down between bites because each taste was so satisfying. I'd come back any day of the week to try their other pizzas. The only reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars? Service was merely "meh" We got our pizza quickly, but the woman behind the counter seemed disinterested. C'mon, you're surrounded by mind-blowing PIZZA!
