Tiki Tea

This is by far the BEST boba place in Portland. You can really taste the high quality tea and real fruit in their drinks. The sweetness is just right and there are never artificial flavors. Their Strawberry Jasmine is a must-try, and their Tiki Classic is just that - a classic, authentic black tea with milk. This comes from someone who has tried hundreds of boba places in Socal, Portland, and Seattle. Tiki Tea is one of the very few places I go back to regularly because it's just that good.

Tiki Tea is a great place!! The drinks are made with no powders or artificial flavors! The tea drinks are loose-leaf teas that are brewed for your order. The menu is unique and unlike other boba shops and It is proudly owned by POC! There are sugar levels that you can choose from and the drinks taste great with the regular amount of sugar! There is minimal toppings which are fresh and tasty! I highly recommend the sea salt jasmine drink or the fruit teas (that are blended like a slush)! The owner also makes these Japanese cheesecakes and matcha swiss rolls. Sometimes every week the owner will have a special dessert you can purchase. Tiki Tea is definitely one of my go-to boba shops ❤️

06/17/18: 5.0 out 5 - Interestingly, our friend had just told me about Tiki Tea yesterday. My wife and I was taking her parents out for brunch and there it was. Obviously, we had to go after our brunch. The place is fresh and new. The staff is friendly and quite informative of the ingredients and proud of the quality. The Boba (aka Bubble, Pearl, or Tapioca Balls) is ideal! Soft and just at the right chewiness. Best of all... real ingredients in the tea drinks! Real Taro in my Taro Milk Tea! An absolute delight! If in the neighborhood, this is a must stop. Try it once and decide for yourself. Enjoy!
