Jersey Mike's Subs

Just to balance out the low ratings here because it hasn't opened yet... I believe this is finally the location that is replacing the old location on NE Broadway, which by the way was set on fire, at no fault to the owners or workers. I was told by the manager that they were never planning to reopen at that specific location again, which is understandable. It made me sad, as I live in this area, and the closest one was now a highway drive instead of down the street. Ever since this location popped up in early November, I was excited that they finally found a new space. I agree that Google shouldn't mark it as "open" yet, but I think that it probably just defaults that way when you make edits to a business. This was obviously recycled from the Broadway location, so any new activity could have triggered Google to say that. You can simply just make suggestions, as a Local Guide, to get Google to hopefully revise this. No need to unnecessarily post a horrible review for a place that makes amazing sandwiches. As of today, 12/4/23, the official Jersey Mike's website says this place is scheduled to open 12/13/23; however, I have seen that date get delayed for a while now, and this is most likely because they need to make sure everything is up to code and whatnot. Who knows? I am not one to know the ins and outs of this franchise. All I can say is that I'm very excited for this to open in the neighborhood again, and when it finally does open, it will become my new favorite location.

This question was supposed to be posted on the actual question page for this location, but i got a "couldn't post question" response, so i'm putting it here (the stars are based on my experience at the new Lancaster Mall location in Salem). Wasn't this place permanently closed a week or so ago, or was i lied to/did it get reopened soon after closing(or am i currently being lied to and it's actually closed)? I know for a fact i looked at this location recently and it said "Permanently closed", and i was angry because if that was true, this would've been another place that was VERY easy to get to by transit that ended up closing.

First of ALL this location does not not deserve 5 stars they deserve 10. The customer service is superb even on my roughest days of dealing with this Covid lifestyle change they have been amazing and always putting a smile on my face. They always remember who I am and what I order. Miss meme wit her 2 slices of turkey please. yes only 2 pieces don't judge. and they make it perfect every time even with the prices and just 2 slices their customer service and the taste goes a long way and makes it worth it. and as a previous deli worker in the industry they make my sandwiches with Love. Considering they work at one of the busiest locations and probably deal with the crazies of this city I think they deserve a Big Kudos and remember you can't please everyone but they for killin the customer service vibes #yourfavcustomer##meme#Miss2slices##LegacyTeam#

Update after original review. Second time I've come here close to, or right before lunch time, and they've been out of roast beef. Today I waited in line for 20 minutes before finding this out. Put up a sign or something if you run out! Maybe it's my bad luck or maybe the manager sucks. They were under staffed and one worker seemed so new he could barely help at all. I asked for another meat and they said ok and then started making the sandwich for the customer behind me. When I inquired why, I was told my choice was only available as a hot sandwich. I'm done. When what I wanted was available, I've really liked their sandwiches but I'm not willing to put up with such poor service. Update: Added two stars as this location seems to have really gotten it's act together. Pleasant, helpful employees and a manager that really seems to get what customer service is about. I'm hooked on these subs.

Just had one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had. I went in last week and ordered a #8, the Club. When I got back to work I realized that I did not get bacon on my sandwich. I called in and they offered me a free sub at a later date (which was today). My sandwich was made perfectly, super fresh and had the perfect amount of the Sauce on it (if you know, you know). Thank you Jersey Mike's, that sandwich was AWESOME!
