Scoop Handmade Ice Cream

Cup & Cones Strawberry milk tea + all natural honey boba is a game changer!! My family, who loves all things “boba” has now found our favorite shop!! Such a delicious flavor the Boba has, and with zero extra additives!! I really enjoyed how it tasted, and since it was made fresh, it was a little warm, which made such a fun flavor and sensational experience on my taste buds! So good❤️

We were visiting from Denver and wanted some delicious, small batch ice cream. We discovered this shop after reading reviews and it did not disappoint. The flavors are unique and the ice cream is SO creamy - very similar to European artisan ice cream. I love there are no artificial ingredients, as it’s rare to find, but WOW it makes such a difference. Also they freshly brew their teas which is rare but really refreshingly good. No aftertaste! Their service is stellar and the associates are super kind, making this an all-around excellent stop for ice cream and boba. Highly recommend!

Run, don’t walk, to Cup & Cone PDX…and grab as much Nutella ice cream as you can. Then wash it down with a strawberry rose tea with boba. And then do it all over again, but this time with vegan monsoon mango ice cream and earl gray lavender tea with boba. My only critique? Too may good options to choose from. I wish I had a second stomach to eat it all. Love this place!

I had an ice cream AND a Boba, and I have to say the boba was the best I've ever had. It didn't have the weird chemical taste that some bobas sometimes have. I loved the Passionfruit Honey so much that I bought a bag of boba to make at home. The staff is super friendly and the ice cream flavors are creative and taste out of this world.
