Pizano's Pizza

It wasn't great or bad, it was just superbly average pizza, not quite worth the bike ride over for compared to the other craziness that is pizza week, but now I know. I think my favorite part was the mini to go box. I was going to give it 3 stars, but knocked one off because the staff didn't acknowledge mine or peoples presence when they came in and stood at the register, the tables were also pretty dirty.

Ethan and Bradley are great people. They have exceptional customer service skills and they never seem to have a dull moment. They give you this feeling that they’re more excited for you order then you are. These are overall priceless employees. Pizzas are really good and they’re house sauce wings is what I come back for.

I have had a couple good experiences but my last 2 times have been a mess. The people who work there are idiots. They do not know how to get your order right lately. It is a headache. I will never go back. Sucks cause pizza is pretty good. Also, the employees all sit right outside the door and smoke cigarettes. It's so rude and gross and stinky. Oohhh what a pain.

The sad part is they actually are capable of making a good pizza . This one star reviews because of a serious inconvenience and lack of customer service . Long story short order pizza was told it would be here in 25 minutes after waiting an hour and a half and three phone calls told them to cancel the order and then the delivery guy showed up completely erratic! Like other famous reviewers have said in a city with so many options why pay for shitty customer service rude employees

I thought I had heard good things about this place, but I never read any reviews so maybe I was mistaken. The food didn’t look very fresh, the young cashier didn’t seem very with it and another guy and girl were walking in and out talking to him. I don’t know if they were other employees or just his friends, but it was distracting. I was originally going to eat there. Only one table was occupied and EVERY other table was dirty and messy. I then said I would take it to go, and I really wanted to add on because there’s no place clean to sit!! I then started looking all around and the whole place seemed dirty and dingy. Also one of the booths has a huge chunk out of the seat and needs to be replaced. I was starting to feel like I was in the Twilight Zone. How did I hear good things about this place when it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a pizza place in Portland??
