I am a sucker for good jambalaya, and this place has the best in PDX. Awesome, authentic food from down south. I also had the crab cake sandwich which came with a side of jambalaya and both were delicious. Oh, and fried alligator and hushpuppies on Fridays!

This is perhaps the best cart in Portland. Great, authentic Cajun/Creole food from a born-and-bred Louisiana native. The real deal.
