I get being understaffed, but if you are not open turn off your sign and put up a note. This worker was sitting here enjoying his milkshake, with the headset on (nice to know I was being ignored) and shaking his head while not wanting to make eye contact. I don’t mind going somewhere else, but professionalism is expected.

Ordered a Double Jack or whatever it's called. Asked for no ketchup and no cheese which was done but this obviously caused my burger to be thrown together with no care whatsoever. Burger toppings were so far to one side the burger top was completely unaligned. several sections of the burger were just meat and bun (not even any mustard or mayo which I know was on the burger some)) even after I tried to fix it. At least the curly fries were okay, even though they were also obviously just scraps. Only 2 of the fries included in my small were the traditional curly fry aesthetic, the rest were old scraps from the bottom of the bag. It was somehow cheaper to get the meal still and waist the drink I didn't even want (wasting a cup and plastic on water I already had and didn't want). All this for 11 dollars?! No thanks, will never go again.

Not even sure why this jack in the box is still here. The kid wanted to try a happy meal here and ofcourse just like the other times I have been here no one was there but all the signs are on and no note saying they are closed… when are they gonna fix this chain a Burger King would be better off here

Hi! You may want to update the details in your description. There is NO dine in option. To clarify, I was not trying to dine in, but to place a to-go order. I tried to order fries, but their lobby is closed. There was a really nice lady that came out and talked to me and asked me to come back after 7:30 pm to order. I came back at 7:45 pm to order. Again, the lobby was locked. I tried ordering pick-up through their app and that feature is not functioning. This feature also does not work on UberEats or DoorDash. The DoorDash app states that you can only order delivery if it is $20.00 and above. I just wish Jack could make it easier to order pick-up, no matter what the dollar amount.

I ordered at 11:50-11:55pm. I waited for the status to change from received order to preparing your food and then on its way. And kept wanting. By 12:25 - over half an hour later- it was still saying received order. I cancelled thinking that there must have been a technical glitch or something with the order that didn't get through all the way or complete. I was planning on reordering and tried to do so. However the funds were taken off my card even though it had never even started being prepared! And the cancellation message said it would be up to 5 days to get it back. What?!? ********Follow up below***************** So ....Yes it took the full 5 days before the refund was processed back to me. After a couple months I decided to give them another try and place another order through the Jack in the Box app but the same exact situation happened where the order never was delivered. I called. Again they stated they had not received the order but my card was charged. And yet again even though no order was even made by the restaurant at all I still had to wait 5 full days to get my refund afterwards. I have had other businesses provide refunds if needed on rare occasions and have never had one take as long as this place. The most I've ever had to wait with another company was 3 days and and often it doesn't take anywhere near that long. But for some reason even though the order was never even even made it takes 5 days to get your money back for this company. Needless to say I will never be placing an order at this place again.

Ask for condements and napkins got none and ordered a real beef burger and my Crohn's disease is telling me I got fake meat been sick all day never again jack never again. Ok you attempted but sent me a a jack in the box web site with options to contact , employment etc so you want me to send a email to corporate wait for what a coupon or something your restaurant and employees made me deathly ill
