Frack Burger

I'm so torn about this place. The burgers tasted great and the service was friendly enough, but the place is not very clean, and the bathrooms are outside so any stray person can walk in off the street and use them. The whole time I was eating my burger, I was wondering how clean the kitchen was. I guess they make the burgers from scratch, because we definitely had to wait awhile, so don't go if you want fast food and are in a hurry. We weren't in a hurry, so that didn't matter to us. I'm not dying to go back, but I can't deny how good the burger was.

It's really too bad. The burgers are really quite good but whoever manages this place has zero understanding of how to run a business. Zero.. I've given these guys as many chances as I could in hopes that things would improve but I just can't go here anymore. Sloooow service, the place is messy, expensive, the employees are not friendly and now best of all they no longer accept cards because "the cost is too high". Ever heard of Square? Sorry, so long your burgers were tasty...

I'm glad they had a change in management since last time I came here. Service was not amazing, but way better than before. Both my father and myself loved the burgers we got. Interesting specialty burgers with quality ingredients. The cheese fries were decent. Tons of food for a decent price. Worth giving it a shot.

I've always loved the food, but service has been slow and bad every time we go. We've learned that calling in our order saves us tons of stand around time, but even that experience isn't pleasant. One time we called and they were reluctant to allow us to order because apparently people order and pick up their food (lame if it's true, but don't be rude to us, because we aren't those people). They then we're out if fries and the milkshake machine was broken. We ordered but the experience put us off. We waited about two or three months to try again (tonight). Called for take out and the guy repeated the order back to me but quoted me a really low price, that seemed off. I didn't think about till I hung up, so I called back right away clarified the order (he forgot a burger, glad I called), and I got a quote for time frame, which was only 5 - 10 minutes, which was surprising. We show up and get a new surprise that now they are suddenly cash only. So we have to go track down an ATM just to get our food that is going to be cold. I think I understand why it's no longer a wait to get food and they have such a low rating. When we asked since when had they become cash only we just got. Snarky response "since about a month and half". Sorry I don't eat there non stop to have known that, and sorry I couldn't be informed of that in the TWO phone calls with me before I picked up the food. Burgers are good, but not enough to make up for the crappy service, and really.... Cash only.... Why.. The only reason it got a second star was for the burgers. Frack burger, I'll miss you, but not that, much.

We used a groupon and got 2 burgers and 2 drinks. This visit was 6 months ago on a Saturday night. We were pretty weary pulling up; looked dead, we were the only car parked. The place had been open only a few months and we could tell by the looks of the atmosphere. The employees were still in training obviously because they didn't have the menu memorized. The manager was talking with us our whole meal and it was annoying. All this said, our food was Amazing!!! Super moist and juicy! Great fries they weren't mushy. We bought another groupon and we will be back for sure. I hope the employees have been thoroughly trained and excited about their jobs.

If I was reviewing this place a year or two ago I would tell you it's 5 stars. This place has changed over time. I was there when they first opened so I'm a long time customer. I went through all the stages from when they used different fries and buns to the various menus and pricing. Also from when they were super slow to now being kind of slow. The food was always golden and near perfect. It seemed things were improving and then they added a drive thru which only added to the slowness and now the real sucker punch is cash only. I can forgive many things but cash only in 2016 is something out of the stone age. It's so inconvenient for most people that it kills business or at the very least drives customers away. Some businesses live doing that like the pancake house, but they also have overwhelming demand and a much older age of average customers so they can turn people away and still do amazingly well. Frack on the other hand does not have either. It's never full house busy so I have no idea why they are going cash only and pissing off people like me. Maybe a last ditch attempt to stay alive by saving a miniscule amount of money. My feelings on cash only aside, the food really is amazing once you get it. They make their own fries, source local beef and buns, and the produce is fresh. I still say please come here, the owner is around sometimes and he's really nice and so are the staff. You'll be happy if you wade through the annoyance.

Tried to call in a to go order and got busy signal for 45 mins. Finally went in and asked the guy why they weren't answering the phone. (One car in the parking lot.) He grabs the phone and makes excuses about somebody leaving the phone off the hook. ordered a 1/4 and 1/3 lb with fries and onion rings and the guy tells me $25. Really? This place has the worst service ever and the food is not good enough to warrant the high prices. I was really sorry I didn't get to Humdinger in time. Try Humdinger instead. Food's much better and they care. This place will not survive.
