Vinnie's Pizzas

The food is amazing. A dizzying array of pizzas, the salads are big enough to easily share, delicious and inexpensive. Their wings are legendary. I haven't tried the pasta dishes yet but they look phenomenal. It's also a little European market with delicacies from abroad. Excellent beer selection as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place is a St. Johns gem.

Good pizza, if undercooked in the middle, but really disappointed with the service. Ordered and paid for a pie and birthday tiramisu online for my wife last night. Customer who arrived after us was given the last tiramisu, which was said to be good, and the woman at the counter simply told us they were out. No apology, no offer to compromise any part of the bills, etc. Pretty bad look. To be fair though, the pizza is solid and the beer selection is the best in the area. But, come on...

Was so sad when Vinny's closed. Noted that a new pizza joint had popped up in it's staff, but didn't go to check it out until the Mercury's Pizza Week 2022. What a mistake it was, waiting so long! Been back three times in a little over a month. Big fan of their pies, as yet. Looking forward to trying their pasta. Give 'em a try, sez me.

I’ve ate here only twice and the second time eating here I was shorted 2 wings from the dozen I originally ordered and when I called about it I spoke to a Spanish speaking lady and was told I am wrong that she puts the correct amount every time and laughed about it instead of apologizing and offering to fix my order but when I asked to speak to a manager that’s when she offered to fix my order and I declined it and won’t return just due to the poor customer service and unprofessional service from the Spanish speaking lady who refused to give me her name or managers information to report this.
