Carl's Jr.

I order two #7 double from the Carl’s Jr. on 102nd in portland, Or one with no tomato’s and the other one no onions. When I got the food I asked the manager ( he was the one that took the order) which one was what ? He said the one with the special sticker was the one with no tomato’s and the other one no onions. I get to my home in Vancouver, washington open my food the one that supposed to have no onions and it has onions. I call the person that had no tomato’s thinking the orders was switched and they said no the have onions and no tomatoes. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and he is the one that answered. He knew exactly who I was and knew my order even repeated it back to me. I told him both of the burgers had onion so he asked me to bring the food back and he would make a new one or give me my money back . I explained to him I live in Vancover and I will not be coming back . He said there’s nothing he can do without the food so I told him I will just toss it but please know if I would have never looked and just took a bite I could have died. I am highly allergic to onions (documented in my medical records and I carry a EpiPen). He then asked for the order number and looked up the order. I am looking at the receipt and I see that it was the manager that messed up my order because the receipt on the second order was just a #7. But he knew I told him no Onions. He once again asked me to bring the food back so I reminded him once again that I live in Vancouver and I was not coming back and had to toss the food out. So now I am out of my money I could have died and the manager did nothing to resolve his mistake. Thanks

Excellent service literally every time I go here, I need to come here more often. I usually end up here after driving to a place that stays its open all night is closed earlier than listed and it always makes me wish I went there sooner. Food is always hot and well packaged and the staff is always cheery or in the very least friendly despite me always coming to pick up food at ungodly late times. Thank you guys so much!

I ordered the Biscuit and Gravy Combo, which is a biscuit (individually wrapped), gravy in small plastic bowl, hash brown rounds, and a drink (I got a milk). Since they don't serve the biscuit and gravy together in a container, the biscuit was hard, making it difficult to cut with the plastic spoon provided, and difficult to chew. Putting the gravy on the biscuit in a container, the gravy would soften the biscuit, making it easier to eat. The hash brown rounds were cold, also not cool (pun intended). Being lazy produces poor service, and low quality food. Inexcusable.

Ordered 2 Steak Burritos. Told her we had a coupon for a free small coffee. At window she said that burritos are not breakfast sandwiches. Charged us 1.59 for that small coffee and gave us the wrong food. Glad I didn't get two small coffee, large ones only a buck at mcd. At least she didn't charge steak burrito price.
