Mcdonald's

Went to the drive through to get lunch and a snack for my dog. I ordered him a McDouble no cheese plain and dry with no bun. I told them at the kiosk, the casher and the pick up window that I just wanted the patty. Drove back to work and went to give him his treat and they had given us a nicely toasted bun. You tell this sweet boy he doesn't get a treat. I fed him half my patty.

Went through the drive through to order. When I got to the window to pay the manager, I think her name was Lori was unable to take my card. I checked my account, did have money in my account. I tried a nfc payment incase my card was to old. Failed again, tried another card with money on it, also failed. At this point I asked if there was an issue with the machine. The manager kept telling me she hasn't had an issue with the machine all day. She was rude and condescending. I did a mobile order, and shocking no problem with my card. This customer service was simply pathetic. And when I went back to get my mobile order, Lori had her mask down below her nose. If you don't want to wear a mask, don't work in food service you are putting people at risk and breaking the law.

Took about 50 minutes to get food. You'd think it'd be because of a line? Nah. They took it 2 cars every 15 minutes or so? No sorry for the wait or apologies for the delay. Not curtious at all. MULTIPLE cars left that got there after myself. To top it all off when I get handed my change they knock some of the coins out of my hand and just go about like they couldn't feel my hand? Dropped one of the chocolate milks outside of the car before I grabbed it. All around a bad experience. If you're struggling with staffing let people know there will be a wait. Don't let people just sit there. Poor management.

Ordering took a solid 15 minutes, my order was wrong (gave me a small coffee instead of a medium coffee), and then on top of that, gave me the incorrect amount of change. Usually I can forgive negligence to a degree in the fast food industry, but this is absolutely unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Workers REALLY don’t care about customer service. ALSO, apparently only open for dine in from 11am-2pm which is a smaller sign next to the giant 24hr sign. Hours are NOT located on any of the doors. So I’m ringing the doorbell per the sign on the door and no one’s answering for at least five minutes I continue to ring the door at which point woman comes out and tells me they’re closed at 2:17 PM. I will give my business to someone else.
