Taco Bell

Honestly one of the liveliest and quickest fast food restaurants that I've ever visited. The drive-through worker who helped me had a good attitude and funny sense of humor. The line wasn't too long at the time, but I was given my food very fast. They slightly messed up my order by giving me a chicken quesadilla when I asked for a cheese, which would not be ideal if I were vegetarian, but that mistake was fine with me personally as they gave me something pricier than my original order.

I'm not sure what the deal is, beyond being short staffed, but this location is a nightmare. The employees are doing their best with very little. The manager or maybe the shift manager at the time we visited, needs a raise. She was verbally assaulted and called out of her name multiple times by an Uber eats psycho. Manager never raised her voice or swore, etc. Kept extreme control over herself. Customers just kept coming in.....figure it out taco Bell, your employees deserve better.

First picture with the green salad is what I ordered and really love to eat from Taco Bell. Second picture is what I got! And after I went back to the window to ask what they gave me. "You got what you ordered" sorry Team but >> I most definitely didn't order anything that looks like somebody throw up at my plate << And the only taste this thing has is fire...dam I need a glass of milk!!! Disgusting Fist and last time here.....

This place is literally never open anytime after 11:00 p.m. They're supposed to be open until at least 2:00 a.m. (Google says 3:00 a.m.) like every other Taco Bell. This hasn't happened just once or twice, it's every time I try to come here now. Everything inside of the restaurant is turned on, menu board outside is lit up and the ordering screen is turned on. The inside of the restaurant is lit up but nobody is inside.

You're going to want to absolutely avoid this location at all costs. If you do decide to brave a visit, make sure you open the bag before you pull away from the window. You have been warned! Consistently rude and unprofessional service, missed items in order, most menu items NOT made with love (missing or scarce ingredients and nothing like other nearby locations). Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see it's commonplace for this location. I went against my own advice and visited this evening for a family member that arrived on a flight and was hungry and without fail, they disappointed once again. Very rude and unprofessional drive thru attendant stated that they "couldn't find" my mobile order even though it was definitely placed, paid for and in their system. Didn't offer any options to rectify the issue but upon finally pulling away, they were able to magically cancel an order they "couldn't find" just seconds earlier. Strange, no? Had to reorder and visit the San Rafael location instead. Save yourself the time, frustration and disappointment and avoid this location at all costs! (By the way, they also have higher prices than all neighboring locations, so even more reason to avoid!)

Arrived at 8 am. Did nit open u til 8:06. Then I was told it would be a few minutes so I went to use the bathroom with the pass code given.......OMG! Sign says they check every 30 minutes! Thought for sure I was golden as 1st customer. Nope! It looked like it has not been checked in 3 days! No toilet paper! Full of trash. Walked up to the counter to order food and it was trashed too Food all over the floor. Regisyers and counter. Clearly left from the night before. Still people getting things ready... still nobody stopped and took my order. (It was 8:14). Walked out and came to sit and write this review at 7-11 over coffee and a donut while waiting for a flight to come in. KEEP GOING DO NOT STOP HERE! Not worth being exposed to the filth! Can only imagine what it will look like at dinner time.....YUCK!
