They didn’t close the lid on my nacho cheese Got nacho cheese all over my bag all over my food. And when I called to ask if they could atleast give me a new side of nacho cheese they hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up after. And it’s not the first time I’ve had issues with them either. Litterally go to any other tacobell within a 50 mile radius because this one is god awful

I would give them zero stars if I could! My Uber Eats driver delivered something completely different and right when I was about to blame him I looked on the slip attached to the bag and it said my name as well as my order! The employees here are scatter brained. They ruined my whole dinner. Not to mention the food leaked in the bag. They completely messed it up. If it wasn’t for it being the only Taco Bell near me I wouldn’t ever eat there again. This place isn’t even Taco Bell! This is Taco Hell

Has been closing earlier then it says online. Food sucks most of the time, they get the orders wrong most of the time! This taco bell used to me amazing when I was younger and it has gone down hill! It's not even 10PM and the store is closed. It's just getting ridiculous not to mention the attitudes from the teens that work there.

Don't order the tacos. Were the best around back in the day. Are the worse now. If you do order them, check them out before you leave. Make sure there's actually meat, lettuce and cheese to speak of on them. Wish we had.

Yet another case of "the wrong order". I ordered from the app, so I kno I'm NOT at fault. Also, this was not my first time ordering from the app. Anyway, everything looked good on the screen upon arrival...and yet ALL of my items were completely incorrect. When I got home, my food was literally loaded with everything when I had them removed on the app BEFORE I placed my order. I went back to get the order corrected and the lady acted as if the mistake was coming out of her pocket and I was to blame or something, Idk. But instead of saying, "Oops, sorry about that. We'll take care of that for you," I felt I was in the wrong somehow. She was rude and argumentative. She definitely handled the situation poorly. Even tho my order was "fixed", I did NOT feel at ease with my corrected order. The second round of food was barely filled with the ordered ingredients (barely any meat, cheese, lettuce, etc...basically, the bare minimum) This experience left a nasty taste in my mouth, figuratively.

The store has not been accepting orders in the evenings for weeks. We went through the drive through and were told "delivery orders only". Ordering from the app no longer working. Zero communication why these changes are happening - will be contacting Corporate.

Really shity service had to wait for 5 minutes before someone came up to take my order. And then 10 mins for me to wait to be served my two items. 2 items! Only a cheesy gordita crunch and a nacho fry. Somehow they pushed 5 orders out in drive through as I am waiting inside for 15. They do not have great customer service.

its taco bell..... they forgot part of our order but keep doors locked (drive through only since covid) which meant we would have to sit in drive through line again(which was lined up back to the driveway) to get our missing item
