This is the second time I have stopped in on a quick lunch while in the area. I will go out of my way from now on to avoid this place. The people working there seem very unhappy. Being in management myself I know this is a leadership issue not employee.
Last visit there was no ice in the self service machine and only a few flavors to choose from. So I asked someone for ice and Fanta please. They got it but not without dirty looks during. Then I leave with my food and get to the car to open my “whopper” what a joke. A burnt burger, 6 pieces of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, no onions, no pickles, and a dollop of ketchup and mayonnaise. Along with cold fries and dried out munchers. I paid $12 for this?! Never again
0 stars should be an option for sure.

Cold fries, lukewarm sandwich, and mediocre service and attitude from person I believe was lead or supervisor. McEwan location. Need to up their game. Drink was fine and restaurant was fairly clean. Tables needed a wipe but they weren't filthy which is typical for fast food places.

Trashy service with an attitude. The food...are you kidding me, just look at my pics. 2 hashbrowns and a tiny piece of egg in a tortilla. Mind you, they forgot the sausage in their "sausage burritos", both of them. Can't even make a 3 ingredient burrito?

70% bun and meat, why is there nothing to their whoppers? The Tigard location does better than this. Come on, keep it fresh and relevant people!

I initially rated this location with one star. I visited this location today, and it was very clean the back kitchen is still a major concern for me looks unsanitary. The tables vicinity is clean but I rather see the kitchen where my food is prep cleaner.

It took the kitchen crew three tries to get a simple double bacon cheeseburger correct

Over 25 minutes sitting in the drive thru for "fast food". The employees are moving at the speed of smell. That's the best explanation of why it is going so slow as I'm watching them in the window.
Additionally you have to repeat your order multiple times so I doubt they're going to get that right too.
Edit: Yep, order was wrong roo and had to go back in and get it fixed. Wonderful.

I waited over an hour for my food just for the delivery to be listed and undeliverable. Then tried to call the restaurant only to be a non working number. Can I just get my money back and you can keep the food.
