Subway At 205 Place

I got reward for subway survey, a promo code for two cookies. It said take screenshot and show to subway sandwich artist. I asked before ordering if they will give me two cookies if I order 2.99 sub which is technically combining promotions, they said yes. Of course at register another person said no. They called owner and gave me two cookies without entering code. I guess I will go get two more cookies with that code tomorrow at another subway. I did spend like 3 extra minutes there but I understand that the sandwich artist could be not familiar with reward codes and they were polite and professional.

I can't get real excited about my Subway experience, it was what it was and that was something to munch on that you know won't be a surprising let down like you get even now and then when you try a new place or a new dish or sandwich or unknown food like item where they have photos of the food for you to point at. No this was a good sub sandwich and thats what I like about SUBWAY, after all you and I are the ones who choose what goes on and how much. It was a two thumbs up not three, but I gave it three stars which is good.

Theres so many people downtown, I'd only avoid this spot if you're pressed for time. I've been here a few times. The employees work hard, and the food is good, but the wait can be drastic at some points. The staff is well knowledgeable about the food, but they could spend a little more time studying the menu. A pretty good experience overall

This is the closest location to where I work and I come here pretty often. The store is clean and the veggies are always looking fresh hence the two stars. However, every time I come in here, the staff is in some kind of hurry and rush to put my sandwich together. I understand trying to get through customers in a timely manner when they are busy but I get the same cold rushed treatment even when the store is practically empty. Maybe they are understaffed or maybe they need more training.

This store used to be great, but it seems like lately the night staff have been making up their own rules. On more than one occasion I've gone in at various times, ranging from 7pm to 9pm, and each time there's a new person there's a new policy as to whether the store is open or if the dining area is available. I've gone in a few times and the person on shift has been loudly engaged in lewd conversations with their friends in front of customers. (I don't care how you talk to your friends, but when you're at work in customer service, use common sense). Tonight I went at just past 9. Their Google listing says they close at 10pm, but the sign on their door says they close at 11pm. So which is it? Your customers would really like to know. There have been a few great employees there, such as the blond kid and the older gentleman, but it seems like every time they get someone good that person disappears before too long.

I arrived at the store today at 12:30PM, I asked to use the bathroom before I made my order, the male employee informed me that I had to order food, when I asked him to make my sub, he refused and said he wasn't making me a sub with my attitude and I was not allowed to use the bathroom. He took down my plate and made a gesture with his finger from one side of his neck to the other. I wonder if I was white and not black I would have received the same treatment from the white employee.

I would give it neg stars if possible. I come in once a week. This subway is so poorly run and staffed that you stand in line waiting up to 15 min with 2 people in line. I have asked now to use the restroom the last 2 weeks while I wait in line. They told me today I have to make my purchase FIRST. I watched them allow a homeless person walk in one week and use the restroom with no purchase before or after and today a homeless man fill his own cup with those ice and leave. No purchase. Great way to treat folks.
