I hope your order (mine was at a drive-through) is taken by anyone other than Sidel. She is mean-spirited, obnoxious, short -tempered, contemptuous, and all around unpleasant to deal with. Don’t expect a “Thank You” for your order either. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now for breakfast, but this was the first time I ran into this rather unpleasant experience ordering a breakfast meal. Just a nauseating encounter with her this morning… 🙈

I come here in the evening regularly as I work in the area and they consistently screw up my order. Not like its anything complicated. I asked for a quarter pounder with no ketchup and guess what was on the burger. That's happened multiple times. Apparently following simple commands is to complicated for the night staff.

It took 20 minutes to get 6 cheeseburgers and 2 large fries. We went through drive through and was asked to park. No big deal, but after 20 minutes and a ton of exiting traffic, I went in to see if my order was ready. Inside was my real issue: I stood ignored for over 5 minutes while they all were talking. They were not overalls busy. Finally a young gentleman came in from outside and greeted me. My food was just sitting there under the heater. He was kind and got me the food, while they all just kept talking. Sad part, 2 were managers.

Curb side pickup was fast, convenient and eliminate mis-ordering. Staff were friendly and helpful today when we asked to not get all of our children to get the same toys. Yes, we got multiple duplicates of happy meal toys for the past year since they did not allow swapping toys due to pandemic. Even when we have not touch the order yet. Food was alright as usual except for one of the quarter pounder that seems to have spent too much extra time on the griddle.

Ordered a large drink and got a medium at the window, I pointed it out and the girl took the drink back and told me to go park and they would bring the new drink out! I have to go park and wait 5min outside then go inside to get it myself! This was a error the employee taking my order did by trying to rush me to order! Once inside I told the lady in the front and she says I haven’t been waiting long lol! I shouldn’t of been made wait even a minute for a mistake THEY made! Oh and I asked for extra pickles and one burger had no pickles!
