Starbucks

They were out of most of the flavors I tried ordering, when I did find a syrup that was in stock they didn’t follow my order notes of making a mocha not a latte and then our cups weren’t even filled all the way. I mentioned to the person who made our drinks that our cookie order was missing and they didn’t say a word to us. The cashier then unpackaged all of the cookies and stuffed them in one bag for us. Not a pleasant experience

Very sweet baristas. Had been having a super rough week and was having to spend my only day off doing paperwork. They made me the tastiest Frappuccino I’ve ever had, and the barista at the register (I didn’t catch their name but they had the black apron) did their best to cheer me up. This store is a good bit out of the way for me but I’ll definitely come back. <3

I'm going to do two coffee shops at once. I may add a third. I think if your are going to deny people the use of their own cup, no matter how good your excuse, you should have brand new cups available for purchase. I'm thinking of this Starbucks as well as Dutch Brothers where I offered to purchase a cup a couple weeks ago. But don't worry too much as I can make better coffee at home. Also, paper cups contain plastics. Something I read recently and believe. P.S., Google always tells me I'm popular, but I doubt that very much.
